Boneheaded Things Brainless Businesses Do

Naturally businesses aren't dense,as a matter of fact the people in the businesses

aren't dopey (I'm being gracious),but they turn moronic as the people in them behave

without thinking.How so? I’m about to explain.

Blockheaded businesses don’t develop overnite.They handle their customers poorly.

It’s plausible that they don’t wish to,simply they do since they have an environment of handling people badly.

Employees are addressed badly and they,successively,treat the clients in like fashion.

1. They don’t worry about the buyer

2. They’re crude or oblivious

3. They do crappy work

I recognize there are reasons they behave this way.I was in a shop lately and the
cashier was so fatigued that she looked like the living dead.Shiny-eyed,she barely
acknowledged I was at that place.She couldn’t ring a specific item up correctly and
volunteered no resolution to the problem. No help.It was entertaining to draw her out of it and detect a smile, but that was for a minute and then she was back to yearning for the day to end.

Last week my daughter ran across an employee at a Subway force everybody out of
the building.Literally.“I can't take it anymore!”,she said.When she got everybody
out she locked the door!

That arrives from above.Managers are above.Thickheaded managers create obtuse
businesses. Stupid managers:

1. Overwork employees

2. Dominate in all matters

3. Do not swallow feedback or suggestions

4. Oftentimes criticize and nit pick

5. Seldom give praise or acknowledgement

6. Lazily require subordinates to do their work for them

7. Holler and react in a hateful manner

That produces an ambiance for feebleminded employees.I have a son that works at a
grocery.His manager takes 10-15 smoke breaks a day.He goes back and discovers
that a yogurt container Is not facing properly and flies off the handle.It’s pitiful.

Another son works in a clothing department.His manager always has it in her head
that the women’s portion of the department is tore apart.“Go over there and clean it
up, it’s atrocious!” Whether it is or not, that is her message.It’s never proper, it’s never fine,and she doesn’t prefer to hear any different.

Above managers in the humble business world are owners.Foolish small business
proprietors establish foolish small businesses.Allow me to put stress on small, I don’t mean small in size here, merely small in quality and integrity.

1. They supply no actual motivators to perform well

2. They are selfish without respect for employees

3. They underpay, contributing only what they have to

I’ve come across a business owner match manager against employees,lie to clients,
negotiate in bad faith, and do all affairs for their personal elevation and welfare.

The business started in a keen, groundbreaking way but became inferior because of the owner.The root for good or bad in the small business.

Stupid businesses are noteworthy just not in a confident way.The famed line from
Forest Gump is genuine, “Stupid is as stupid does.” Half-witted businesses don’t
develop like they could,like the proprietor would genuinely like them to grow. They can be deep-rooted in a good place, sprout and get going, but they'll never get the
compelling fertilizer of referrals or the invigorating water of reversive customers to grow into what they have the potential to become.
